Day 01: NJP Rly Station / IXB Airport – Gangtok (120 kms / 5 hrs) :- Meet & Greet on arrival at NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport & transfer to Gangtok (5,500 ft.). Gangtok, the charming capital of Sikkim, is nestled in the Eastern Himalayas at an altitude of around 5,500 ft. Known for its mesmerizing mountain views, Buddhist monasteries, and vibrant culture, On arrival Check-in to hotel & rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 02: Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir :- After breakfast start for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft.) – Located 38 km from Gangtok at 12,400 ft, A glacial lake surrounded by snow-capped mountains. & Baba Mandir (13,200 ft.) – Revered as the “Hero of Nathula” – believed to protect soldiers in the region. which is 55 kms one way from Gangtok city. Overnight stay at Gangtok. (In case of Land slide or any other reason Tsomgo Lake is closed we will provide alternate sightseeing.)
Day 03: Gangtok – Lachen (107 kms / 6 hrs) :- After breakfast check out from hotel with limited luggage and proceed to Lachen (8,500 ft.), North Sikkim. On the way take a break for some beautiful spots which are worth seeing and visiting like Naga Waterfall, The Confluence of Lachen Chu (River) & Lachung Chu (River) at Chungthang and Bhim Nala Waterfall. On arrival at Lachen check into your hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay at Lachen.
Day 04: Lachen – Chopta Valley – Gurudongmar Lake – Lachung :- Early Morning drive to Chopta Valley (13,200 ft.) & Gurudongmar Lake (17,100 ft.). One of the most beautiful, pristine lakes in Sikkim, Gurudongmar lake sits in close proximity to the Tibetan and Chinese border in the north. Back to hotel. After lunch & drive to Lachung (8,700 ft.). Arrive by evening. Dinner & Overnight stay at Lachung.
Day 05: Lachung – Yumthang Valley Excursion – Gangtok :- Early Morning drive to Yumthang Valley (12,000 ft. Known as Valley of Flowers). On the way back, visit Hot Spring considered to have medicinal properties. Back to resort for lunch and transfer to Gangtok (5,500 ft.). On the way if the weather is clear you may get to see Mighty Khangchendzonga from Singhik view point. On arrival at Gangtok check-in to your hotel. Rest of the evening free for your own activities. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
DAY 6. GANGTOK LOCAL :- Start for a Full day city tour covering Tashi view point -Popular for its panoramic view of Kanchenjunga and surrounding peaks, Ganesh Tok – A small Ganesh temple on a hilltop offering stunning views of Gangtok and surrounding mountains, Hanuman Tok – A temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman, situated on a hilltop offering panoramic city views, Flower show – A seasonal flower display showcasing Sikkim’s exotic orchids and flowers, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre, Institute of Tibetology , Dro-dul Chorten – Surrounded by 108 prayer wheels (Mani Lhakor) – each inscribed with the Buddhist mantra Om Mani Padme Hum, Enchey Monastery – A 200-year-old monastery belonging to the Nyingma order of Vajrayana Buddhism & Banjakhri Falls (maximum 6 hours). Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 07: Gangtok – NJP Rly Station / IXB airport (150 kms / 5 hrs) :- After breakfast Check-out from hotel on time and transfer to NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport for your onward journey.
