Day 1: Arrival at Madurai – Sightseeing: Arrival at Madurai (Airport / Railway Station) Meet our representative and check in at hotel. Later visit Meenakshi Amman Temple – It is dedicated to Goddess Meenakshi (a form of Parvati) and her consort Lord Sundareswaran (a form of Shiva). Thirumalai Nayakkar Palace – 17th-century royal residence in Madurai, built by King Thirumalai Nayak of the Nayak Dynasty. A fine example of Indo-Saracenic architecture. Day 2: Madurai – Srirangam / Trichy (126 km / 4 hrs): Morning checkout and drive to Srirangam / Tiruchirappalli, Visit Sri Ranganatha swamy Temple (One of the largest temple complexes in India), Rock Fort Temple – It is built atop a massive ancient rock that is over 3.8 billion years old, older than the Himalayas, Explore Jambukeswarar Temple – is a major Pancha Bhoota Sthalam dedicated to Lord Shiva, representing the element of water. Day 3: Srirangam – Thanjavur (60 km / 1.5 hrs): After breakfast Drive to Thanjavur – Located in the Cauvery Delta region, it was the capital of the Chola dynasty and Maratha Empire. On arrival visit Brihadeeswarar Temple (UNESCO World Heritage Chola temple) – It is one of the most magnificent and iconic temples in India, built over 1,000 years ago by the great Chola emperor Raja Raja Chola I. Thanjavur Maratha Palace – It’s a rich blend of Dravidian and Maratha architecture, filled with art, culture, and royal history. Day 04: Thanjavur – Rameswaram (240 km/ 5 hrs): – After Breakfast Proceed Rameswaram – It is a sacred coastal town located on Pamban Island, it is one of the Char Dham pilgrimage sites in Hinduism and holds immense spiritual significance, especially for followers of Lord Shiva and Lord Rama. En-route photo stop at Pamban Bridge and Stay at Rameswaram.
Day 05: Rameshwaram: – After Breakfast Proceed to Rameshwaram proceed to Visit Rameshwaram Temple – It is among the popular Hindu Chardham pilgrimages. Lots of devotees visit this temple every year to attain salvation, Visit Agni theertham, House of Abdul Kalam Sir, In the Afternoon proceed to Dhanush Kodi, enroute visit Kothandaramaswamy Temple – believed to be the site where Vibhishana (Ravana’s brother) surrendered to Lord Rama. In the Dhanush Kodi visit A ghost town destroyed in the 1964 cyclone, located at the south-eastern tip of Pamban Island. Day 06: Rameshwaram – Kanyakumari (300km /6hrs): – After Breakfast Proceed Directly to Kanyakumari Arrive Kanyakumari – The southernmost point of the Indian peninsular mainland. On arrival check in at hotel. Evening do Sunset Point, then Overnight stay at Kanyakumari.
Day 07 : Kanyakumari :– Early morning visit sun rise after breakfast visit Kanyakumari local sightseeing Vivekananda Rock, It was built in 1970 in honour of Swami Vivekananda, who is said to have attained enlightenment on the Rockland valluvar statue (From Boat) , Kumari Amman temple – It is an ancient and revered Hindu temple dedicated to Goddess Kanyakumari, an incarnation of Goddess Parvati, Gandi Mandapam – It marks the sacred spot where the ashes of the Father of the Nation were kept before immersion in the sea., Triveni Sangam – Triveni Sangam in Kanyakumari is the sacred confluence of three seas: The Bay of Bengal , The Arabian Sea, The Indian Ocean, It is the only place in India where these three vast water bodies meet, creating a mesmerizing natural and spiritual experience. overnight stay at Kanyakumari.
Day 08: Kanyakumari – Trivandrum (100 KM): Early morning visit to Sun rise. After breakfast drive to Trivandrum, enroute visit Suchindram Temple – Located just 13 km from Kanyakumari, Suchindram Temple is an ancient and architecturally magnificent temple dedicated to the Trimurti – Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva, on arrival at Trivandrum check in at hotel. Visit Padmanabha temple – It is dedicated to Lord Vishnu, who is enshrined here in the majestic reclining posture known as Anantha Shayana on the serpent Adi Shesha. The 8th century Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple is one of the 108 temples in India dedicated to Lord Vishnu. In the evening visit Kovalam Beach – located just 16 km from Thiruvananthapuram. Known for its crescent-shaped coastline, golden sands, and calm waves, Kovalam offers the perfect mix of relaxation, water sports, and seaside charm. Overnight stay at Trivandrum.
Day 9: Departure: – After breakfast proceed to Railway Station or Airport. Tour ends with Sweet Memories.
