Day 01: – Mangalore – Coorg (150 KM): – Upon arrival at Mangalore, proceed to Coorg, it is the place to be for all nature lovers. It is well known for its breathtakingly exotic scenery and lush greenery. Enroute visit Tibetan Golden Temple at Bylekuppe and Dubare Elephant Camp, its offer the experience with Elephants consisting of elephant Grooming, feeding, elephant Ride & Coracle Ride later Return to hotel and overnight.
Day 02: – Coorg Local Sightseeing: – After Breakfast proceed to visit Mandala Patti View Point (Our cab is not allowed to Mandala Patti, you can hire Jeep from Stand at own cost), Abbey Falls-Tucked away between private coffee and spice estates, Omkareshwara Temple– built in 1820 and featuring a blend of red-tile roofed Kerela architecture and Islamic-style domes. Madikeri Fort – Madikeri Fort, also called Mercara Fort, first built by Mudduraja in the second half of the 17th century, Coffee Plantation – A 1 km walks through a coffee estate with a plantation expert who explains the cultivation process, including pruning, picking, and drying. Evening enjoy Raja’s Seat from where you can enjoy panoramic views of hills, valleys & paddy fields. Overnight stay at Coorg Hotel/Resort
Day 3: Coorg – Sakleshpura (100 KM): After breakfast proceed to Sakleshpur – Known as the “Switzerland of Karnataka.” Here’s your family‑friendly guide to the top sightseeing spots and offbeat attractions. On arrival visit Manjarabad Fort – A star‑shaped hill fort built by Tipu Sultan in 1792. Offers panoramic views of the Western Ghats. Sri Sakleshwara Swamy Temple– A historic 600‑year‑old Shiva temple beside the Hemavathi River. Manjehalli (Abbi) Waterfalls – A 20 ft cascade surrounded by lush greenery about 8 km from town. Stay at Sakleshpura.
Day 04: Sakleshpura – Chikmagalur (62 KM): After Breakfast proceed to Chikmagalur – set amidst lush coffee plantations, waterfalls, temples, and wildlife. Enroute visit Bellur Chennakeshwara Temple – Walls richly sculpted with over 4,000 carved friezes, depicting elephants, horses, mythological scenes and celestial maidens (madanikas) in lifelike detail. Hirekolale Lake– Surrounded by Western Ghats cliffs and lush hills, it offers postcard-perfect views, Stay at Chikmagalur.
Day 5: Chikmagalur – Mullayanagiri & Baba Budangiri Hills: After Breakfast proceed The Mullayanagiri Peak – is the highest peak in Karnataka, perched at approximately 1,925 m (6,330 ft). (3–4 km trek from Car Parking). Later visit Baba Budangiri Hills also known as Chandra Drona Parvatha, are part of the Western Ghats in Chikmagalur and encompass the second-highest peak in Karnataka, later visit Coffee Museum – Discover the Coffee Museum (Coffee Yatra Museum) in Chikmagalur—a delightful blend of education and sensory experience nestled amidst lush greenery, Stay at Chikmagalur.
Day 06: : Chikmagalur – Jog Falls – Sirsi (262 KM): After Breakfast proceed to Sirsi – known for its lush greenery, waterfalls, temples, and rich cultural heritage. Enroute visit Jog Falls – The waterfall drops approximately 830 ft (253 m) in a sheer vertical plunge, making it India’s second‑highest plunge waterfall.It divides into four striking streams—Raja (King), Roarer, Rocket, and Rani (Queen)—each showcasing distinct flow patterns., On arrival check in and Dinner. Stay at Sirsi.
Day 07: Sirsi Local Sightseeing : After breakfast proceed to visit Sirsi Local Sightseeing like Marikamba Temple – Famous temple dedicated to Goddess Durga. Marvel at the 7-foot idol and beautiful murals. Sahasralinga (17 km from town) – Thousands of Shiva Lingas carved on rocks in the Shalmala Riverbed. Madhukeshwara Temple – Ancient 9th-century temple built by Kadamba dynasty. Unchalli Falls (Lushington Falls) – Stunning 116m waterfall — spectacular especially in monsoon and post-monsoon. Day 08: Departure : After breakfast proceed to Kumta Railway Station (35 KM) / Dabolim Airport (191 KM), Tour Ends with Happy Memories.
