Day 01 : Gwalior Arrival : Welcome to City of music – Gwalior , On arrival meet our representative and proceed to hotel. Check in at Hotel. Sun Temple (Surya Mandir) – A replica of the Konark Sun Temple, beautifully constructed in red sandstone. Tomb of Tansen – The resting place of the great musician Tansen, one of Akbar’s Navratnas. Sas Bahu Temples (Sahasrabahu Temples) – Intricate 11th-century temples dedicated to Lord Vishnu, located inside the fort, Teli Ka Mandir – A towering 9th-century temple blending North and South Indian architectural styles. Stay at Gwalior.
Day 02: Gwalior Local Sightseeing : After breakfast proceed to local sightseeing like Gwalior Fort – Known as the “Pearl among Indian Fortresses”, built in the 8th century; includes palaces, temples, and water tanks. Man Singh Palace (Maharaja Man Singh Tomar’s Palace) – Inside Gwalior Fort, famous for its stunning blue-tiled façade. Jai Vilas Palace & Scindia Museum – A European-style palace still partly inhabited by the Scindia royal family; houses a museum with chandeliers, silver train dining table, and artifacts. Stay at Gwalior.
Day 03: Gwalior –Jhansi – Orchha (120 KM): After breakfast proceed to Khajurao via Jhansi visit Jhansi Fort (Rani Jhansi Ka Quila) – Built by Raja Bir Singh Deo in the 17th century; associated with Rani Lakshmibai, the symbol of India’s freedom struggle. Rani Mahal – The palace of Rani Lakshmibai, now converted into a museum displaying paintings, sculptures, and archaeological remains. Later Drive to Orchha and Visit Orchha Fort Complex – Built by the Bundela rulers, it houses beautiful palaces and temples. Raja Mahal – Famous for its murals depicting mythological themes. Jehangir Mahal – A grand palace built to welcome Mughal Emperor Jehangir, known for Indo-Islamic architecture and fine carvings. Sheesh Mahal – Once a royal residence, now converted into a heritage hotel. Stay at Orchha.
Day 04: Orchha to Khajuraho (172 KM): After breakfast continue to Orchha Sightseeing like Chaturbhuj Temple – Dedicated to Lord Vishnu, known for its tall spires and unique architecture. Ram Raja Temple – The only temple in India where Lord Rama is worshipped as a king, with daily royal-style rituals. Laxminarayan Temple – A blend of fort and temple architecture, with exquisite wall paintings. Later proceed to Khajuraho, On arrival check in and Stay at Khajuraho.
Day 05: Khajuraho Local Sightseeing: After breakfast proceed to sightseeing like Western Group of Temples like Kandariya Mahadev Temple, Lakshmana Temple, Chitragupta Temple, Devi Jagdambi Temple Afternoon visit Eastern Group of Temples: Parsvanath Jain Temple, Adinath Temple, Ghantai Temple. In the evening attend Light and sound Show. Stay at Khajuraho.
Day 06: Departure: After breakfast proceed to Airport / Railway Station. Tour Ends with Happy Memories.
